Sorry for being so dim, but finding my way around forum. What is the submit button used for on my profile and should I be using it to submit every so often. Last date used was October 2008. !

Not sure where you're seeing that, rebeccajrg. I went into my profile - no Submit option. There is a Modify Profile to save any changes. Where are you seeing the Submit option?

On recent activity. There are about 10 posts that I have made and the submit button is there.

Ah, yes, just saw it. Yep - hit "submit" and you will see that your last 10 posts will come up for you to see. It always sits at the number 10 - that's the default number. You can delete the 10 and type in any other number - you can see your last 50 posts, or more, if you want. You see your own posts if you are in your own profile. If you go into someone else's profile and hit submit you will see their past posts, the number of posts coming up dependent on the number in the space.
